• Developed the first phase of the NCAA’s redesigned web site (ncaa.org), realizing cross-browser compatibility, W3C compliance, indexability, and accessibility requirements.

• Performed software design and usability engineering for Andersen’s Business Audit Toolset, designed to support Andersen’s Business Audit process. Created prototypes and wireframes, and performed user testing.
• Efforts included a customized task list to integrate with the Business Audit process, a system to identify, record, and control client risks, and a multi-user locking model for offline client files. Development process used RUP/ UML.
• Wrote help files for the Toolset with Andersen audit personnel.
• Developed and maintained a global web usage reporting tool for Andersen’s Assurance and Business Advisory (ABA) Intranet, including a web interface for an executive audience and scheduling of reports created by WebTrends.
• Designed the Business Audit Engagement Analysis Tool, an XML-based web interface designed to facilitate broad-level data mining of Andersen’s audit engagements.

Intern—Summer 1999 (Andersen Consulting (Accenture), Northbrook, IL)

• Reviewed preliminary and final operating plans from all components of the Business Integration (BI) organization.
• Performed ad-hoc analysis of plan data including: headcount & payroll, expenditures, internal allocations, investment spending, and other drivers for the BI business model.
